About Dawn Snell
Dawn
arrived from Calgary, Alberta in 1983 and shortly after resumed her real estate
career in the Cowichan Valley. Within three years she won top Realtor award for
Zone 3 (Mill bay to Ladysmith area) for two consecutive years.
Dawn loves
the valley and still enjoys
"making
dreams come true" by finding just the right property for her clients and
helping them them attain it. She has also been involved in development and
commercial properties.
In 2004 she, along with
partner Randy Holt purchased a building in Chemainus and set up a Sutton Group
Resource Realty branch office.
